Story time. I originally had a company come to service my HVAC and they wanted to replace everything.. it was only 8 years old! They wanted to take advantage of me and charge $6,000.

Then I called Rhiner pluming. Casey came a day later and serviced it. He shot straight with me and had excellent customer service. He knows what he's doing and he didn't make me feel like a sales quota. If you want an honest company go with Rhiner. A++ Job.

Ed stopped out to repair a leak we had in a main service water pipe. He called ahead of schedule, surveyed the problem when he arrived and walked me through how he was going to tackle it. He was friendly, professional and did a great job. Great service!

*Edit: Ed returned yesterday and the excellent service I expected was delivered! Ed did the work in very short time, explained everything clearly and helpfully, and helped keep costs to a minimum (my mother is disabled and money is tight, so this was especially important.) Needed a plumber to repair a shower control knob. Rhiner's sent out a plumber the next day and Ed did a great job. Not only did he repair the control knob, but he also clean out the shower head, removed the regulator, and increased temp on tankless to raise water temperature. So, now, our shower is not only working properly, but we have more pressure and heat!

Discovered a water heater leak on a Sunday am.  Luckily Vadim was on call! Spoke over the phone right away. He & Casey delivered a new heater first thing Monday am. Very professional and I was in the best of hands! Thank you so much!

UPDATED 4/16/21: Another wonderful job & outstanding service this time from Ed @ Rhiners!  He kept me posted while the needed part was found & quickly fixed a leaking toilet. Ed was very professional & gave exceptional customer service!

The best thing a company can do for a consumer??? Save them a LOT OF MONEY!!! That’s exactly what Rhiner’s Plumbing did for my hubby and I ;)

We had a pretty substantial leak in our master bathroom toilet, so we were ready to “bite the bullet”, and replace it - to the tune of over $600! Omg!! As luck would have it though when Ed our trusted plumber arrived, because of his total honesty concerning our plight, we found there was no need for a new toilet - we only need a new bolt kit and water line. Yes Ed could have installed we had ordered, but instead he explained to us what the actual issue was and offered to repair as opposed to replace.

Seriously, who does that anymore? Who is willing to put the consumer first ahead of the almighty dollar? Ed from Rhiner’s Plumbing was and for that reason and many others (he was polite, clean, etc), Rhiner’s Plumbing is always our go-to place for plumbing issues. They should be your’s, too

My 1953 bathtub developed a leaky faucet, and required a somewhat complicated fix.  The plumber, Nate Beenken did a great job.  He communicated well with the parts supplier and helped me select good replacement faucets to coordinate with my bathroom decor.  He was professional and friendly, and did a good job making sure I understood all of the steps of the repair.  I am satisfied with the prompt service and good outcome.  Thanks.
